By accessing or using the Delta Exploits website (deltaexploits.vip) and the Delta Executor software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the website or use the Software.

Delta Exploits provides a script execution tool ("Delta Executor") for the Roblox platform, available for Android, iOS, and Windows devices. The Software is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Delta Exploits website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Delta Exploits and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from Delta Exploits.

6. Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Delta Exploits grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Delta Executor for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify or alter the Software in any way
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software

We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time, for any reason, without notice.

7. Updates and Modifications

Delta Exploits may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software or website at any time without prior notice or liability.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and Software may interact with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Roblox, Discord, and Telegram. Delta Exploits is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Delta Exploits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Delta Exploits does not warrant that:

  • The Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Software will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the Software will be corrected
  • The Software will be compatible with all devices or platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTA EXPLOITS AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE.

You acknowledge that you use the Software at your own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, any consequences related to your use of the Software on third-party platforms.
